Curriculum Subjects and How They Relate to Future Careers and Pathways

When thinking about the subjects studied, students may wish to look at which careers are possible if certain subjects are studied.  Below is a link to key resources which help support looking at which careers go with which subject.

Below the first link we also have a series interactive resources, My Learning, My Future which are produced by the Careers Enterprise Company to support students to see how their curriculum learning can prepare them for future careers.  The resources also include connections between subjects and next step pathways to support positive transitions at 16 and 18.

To find out more for each subject click on the relevant link and scroll through the PowerPoint.  Each PowerPoint has interactive links.
