GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Lexie W (12B) has demonstrated great endeavour, despite joining Sixth Form several weeks into the term Lexie has fully embraced the challenges of getting up to speed with her subject choices, no small feat!

Sid B (9T) demonstrated fantastic integrity, handing in a bank card to student reception so it was able to be reunited with its owner swiftly.

10x Sociology collectively showed great respect and integrity when I covered their lesson this week - I was so impressed by the quality of work they diligently produced, despite me not being their usual teacher and I really enjoyed hearing the outcomes of the research they were carrying out into gender inequality globally.

Kiki F (13O1) is polite and kind in every interaction that she has with everyone she meets! This week walking home a friend after a netball injury really highlighted this - your concern in making sure that your friend got home safely shows great kindness.
