GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Christmas Community Project 2022 - Update

It is truly heartwarming to see the response we had to our Christmas Community Project 2022, in support of Epsom & Ewell Foodbank. The Foodbank relies entirely on donations, aiming to ensure that nobody goes hungry. The number of people seeking help from Epsom & Ewell Foodbank is even higher now than in 2022, so your support is much needed and appreciated.

Epsom & Ewell Foodbank informed us of the items that they particularly needed this year and, over the past three weeks, you have been sending in Christmas puddings, mince pies, chocolates and more. I am delighted to let you know that, as a community, we collected over seven packing boxes of items which was delivered to the Foodbank on Monday of this week. 

Thank you to the Glyn community for such an amazing response to this community appeal.
