Charity week in aid of CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young)
CHARITY WEEK IN AID OF CRY (CARDIAC RISK IN THE YOUNG)
Last week was the main event with lots of fun and games taking place; a penalty shoot out, charity bingo, sponge the teacher and so much more! Large numbers of students 'enthusiastically' attended the lunchtime events and there was a great buzz throughout the school. It was great to see all Year groups getting involved and supporting a very worthy cause.
I have great pleasure in announcing the total raised for CRY is £6,347!!!!
Congratulations to all our games winners – (pictured)
Harry (10C) – How many sweets in the jar?
Arthur (9C) – Football scratch card

Congratulations also to our raffle winners:
1st: Archie C (12C)
2nd: Finlay (7SB)
3rd: Harry F (10D)
4th: Fin (7B)
5th: Spencer (9B)
Congratulations too for Vincent (7M), pictured holding a football and 'goody' bag, for collecting the most sponsorship money for the Year 7 Christmas fun run. He raised an amazing £200!!
Finally, a huge thank you to you as parents/carers for your support throughout charity week - this was very much appreciated.
