GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Tumbling World Championship

Well done to Alistair (11B) who represented Team GB in the World Trampolining and Tumbling Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria on 25 November 2022. Having strained his medial ligament in October, Alistair almost had to withdraw, but he battled on to complete and land two very creditable tumbles to finish 11th in the Championship.

Judging by these very impressive videos featured in our Newsletter of Alistair’s two tumbles, he’ll always be first in our books!

Congratulations to Alistair on a sterling effort, we look forward to continuing to follow his progress.
