Dishes of the season
Well done to all the Year 10 Food students who designed and cooked their own seasonality dish of choice from scratch using high skills such as bread making, pastry making, and custard making. Students picked a season of their choice and designed a dish for that season using local produce. Students had 1 hour to make their dish and all showcased amazing work. Congratulations to Ethan, Freddie, Lokesh, Jude, Bayley and Reiley for winning the Star Bakers Award for the day.
