GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

NEW MURAL AT GLYN SCHOOL

Head Boy – Donovan Livesey had the idea for a new school mural.

As I’m a mural artist I helped run a Friday lunchtime Mural Club with Donovan.

In these sessions the students brainstormed ideas that they thought represented Glyn as a school, we sketched a few ideas which I put together in a final design.

From Mid June - Mid July the students helped me hand paint the mural on the MFL external wall.

A huge thank you to all involved, we really hope you love the final outcome.
