Start of Term September 2024

All of us at Glyn are very much looking forward to welcoming students back to Glyn School in September.  On Monday 2nd September we begin the new academic year with our INSET day, consequently students are not required in school on this day.  We will initially welcome our new Year 7 and Year 12 students at 08.40 on  Tuesday 3rd  September.  All other year groups begin school at 10.00 on Tuesday 3rd September. 

We have set out below details of our new form tutor teams and form room locations.  Students are asked to go straight to their form rooms upon arrival at the start of the day.

For all students, lessons will commence with Period 4 at 12.20 on Tuesday.  Students are asked to take note that this will be designated as Week 1 on their two-week timetable.

All students will have their school photograph at the start of term.  For Years 7,8,9 and 12 this will be taken on Tuesday 3rd September and for students in Years 10 and 11 their photograph will be on Wednesday 4th September.
