GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Netball -  Glyn School v Strodes College, Egham

On Wednesday 2 November the Glyn Netball Team hosted a Sixth Form College League match against Strodes College. What a hard-fought match it turned out to be! The first quarter, Strodes played brilliant netball, scoring 6 goals to none. The second quarter, the Glyn team came onto court with more positive attitude and played some brilliant netball only letting the Strode team score 2 goals to our 6. After half time, both teams came out with determination to play their very best netball. At the final whistle and some exciting and entertaining netball, the Glyn team were victorious by 14 goals to 11. Well done girls!!

Player of the match as voted by Strodes was Holly 13O1, congratulations Holly.
