GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

WINNERS OF THE YOUNG WRITER'S NATIONAL COMPETITION

Last year, our talented students in 8 Carew and 9HI took on the challenge of the Young Writer's National Competition, crafting incredible mini-sagas of no more than 100 words. Their entries were nothing short of fabulous, with many being selected for publication.

Last week, we received even more fantastic news – our school has been named School Winners of the competition, earning a £100 National Book Voucher for our school library! A massive well done to everyone who participated – your creativity and hard work have truly paid off!
