Giant Fingerprints! KS3 Science Club
Fingerprints are very small and hard to explore and investigate easily. In our experiment, we inked our fingers on an inkpad and then put our fingers on a deflated balloon. When we inflated the balloons, we could see our fingerprints at gigantic proportions! We could see who had arches, whorls, or loops. Why not try this at home? What does your fingerprint include?
KS3 Science Club meets on Monday lunchtimes from 1.30pm in S9 and is open to all students in Years 7 and 8. Dr Thomassen
