GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Conkers! KS3 Science Club

It's that time of year again in KS3 Science Club when we can play our traditional game of Conkers. We are subconsciously making use of momentum, forces and pendulum motion to try to help us to win, thereby learning whilst playing.  However,  I think we need a little more practise to be able to hit the other conker!

Science Club takes place every Monday lunchtime in S9 from 1.30pm. All students in Years 7 and 8 are most welcome to come along.
