GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Accelerated Reading Programme - Champion School Status!

We are absolutely delighted to be celebrating the success of Accelerated Reader at Glyn School. Just one year on from starting the programmes, we have been awarded champion School status and our success story has been published on the Renaissance Learning website. We are thrilled that students in Years 7, 8 and 9 have participated with such enthusiasm and that they are benefiting so much from the programme; the students have been amazing!
