GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Mufti Day - Friday 22 October 2021

Glyn School will be holding a Mufti Day on Friday 22 October 2021 in aid of the Glyn PSA fund.

Students may wear their own clothes in return for a suggested donation of £2.  Please ensure students have the correct cash as donations will be collected via buckets at entrance gates and we will not be able to give change.

The Glyn PSA raises money which allows them to provide funding for our students, including items such as:

  • The Accelerated Reader Programme.
  • Online subject programmes.
  • Creative Arts display resources.
  • Basketball, Hockey and Rugby equipment.
  • Video equipment.
  • Funding for a school sustainability project

On Mufti Days students may wear their own clothes, but normal school rules will still apply with regards to jewellery and hairstyles.
