GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Thank You to the Outgoing Student Leadership Team

The outgoing Student Leadership Team had their final breakfast meeting with the School Leadership and Management Team this week. The students reviewed the year and discussed their many accomplishments, which have been all the more remarkable due to several plans being disrupted by Covid-19 restrictions.  However, the outgoing team has put succession planning in place to ensure that the incoming team will be able to carry on with their original plans. The students were each given an engraved Glyn School plaque in recognition of their work in leading the Student Body over the last year.

We thank Nathan 13O1, Nell 13O1, Nathan 13A, Harry 13B, Olivia 13O1, Tom 13M1, Rupy 13A and Pete-Reynold 13M2 enormously for their contribution to the school.
